Planet Earth (Management) Ltd was formed in 1994 as a holding company for a young entrepreneur’s business dreams.
Planet Earth (Management) Ltd began marketing herbal products in 2000, by 2002 thanks to dedicated efforts by the company directors, it was decided to incorporate a company specifically for the promotion of the herbal business. By this time sole rights were held for the exclusive marketing of several products, Europe-wide and the product categories had been expanded to include sexual health and weightloss / gain.
Now, in 2006, the official website of Planet Earth (Logistics) Ltd boasts a diverse range of health products, targeted at people who want to enhance their well-being without the use of pharmaceutical drugs.
The business is continuing to grow, both with end-user sales and retail sales and business is generated across Europe and quite frequently outside of Europe, including the Middle East and Australia.
The reason for the company’s success is clear, excellent customer service and attention to detail, we realise that without our customers support and re-order we would have no business and try to ensure that when the difficult job of attracting a new customer is complete we continually provide excellent service, products that reach you in excellent health and promotions to give you more for your money.
Customer satisfaction
Our call-centre staff are on-hand from 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to help with product queries and order taking (if you have a delivery question please telephone before 5pm), you can telephone 0870 752 0800 and our staff will be happy to help.
Discreet Service
We ensure a completely discreet service, we only use plain packaging or Royal Mail Silver Special Delivery bags (depending on the service you request) and if you pay by credit or debit card your statement simply reads Planet Earth (Logistics) Ltd.
Delivery Options
In the UK we offer a split service, standard delivery is charged at £3.95 and will arrive within 7 – 14 days. Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day (for orders placed before 1pm), this service is our most popular, charged at £7.90.
Returns Policy
Damaged products are immediately refunded. We cannot offer guarantees with our devices unless they are damaged so please ensure you are completely happy with your order before you purchase. Some of our herbal products come with a guarantee, this no-questions asked policy enables refunds or exchanges to be made within 1 -2 months (depending on product), please ask customer services for details as the guarantee is product specific.
